We core drill for plumbing, electrical, anchor bolts,combustion air, dryer vents, bathroom vents, handrails, bollards. Our equipment can drill up to 24 inches in diameter and four feet deep.
We specialize in egress window enlargements to make your basement level bedrooms and living areas meet local and international building codes. Also we cut crawl space access holes and doors for basement additions or garden level access. We also enlarge doors and make cuts for demolishing entire walls or building areas.
In addition to conventional gas saws for street & alley cuts, we have electric saws for inside cutting of trenches, area demolition, and caissons or pads without dangerous fumes. Not pictured are our electric walk behind saws and our own 480 volt 3 phase generator for larger electric slab sawing jobs.
